Advantages:

В этой квартире не были. Заселили в другую (на Пионерской, 20 а). Мы приехали поздно, поэтому заселение получилось бесконтактным (оставили ключи в соседнем магазине). Квартира понравилась - всё чисто, просторная, на кухне много разной посуды, с/у раздельный.
